Heart & Soul 2003 Part II Pre-Mother's Day celebration. at the Manhattan Center Hammerstein Ballroom! This was the early years of Ray Chandler & Associates Heart & Soul Productions. We transitioned from producing primarially Hip Hop concerts, to producing concerts for the more sophisticated classic soul audience.
We teamed up with the number one R&B radio station in the tri-state WKRS 98.7 KISS FM. Radio host of Kissing After Dark, Lenny Green who was also our event host and honoree of the evening. Special guest host "Mr. Apollo" Billy Mitchell did an exellent job.
